Vanessa joined Mimun Yashir’s senior management team as Vice President of Marketing, bringing over 25 years of experience in marketing, digital, and innovation.

In her role at Mimun Yashir, Vanessa is responsible for shaping and strengthening the company’s brand identity, expanding its digital presence, deepening customer relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives and business operations.
Throughout her career, Vanessa has taken part in leading strategic initiatives, product launches, growth programs, and the establishment of business operations at Israel’s leading financial companies, including Leumi Card, Pepper and Isracard. In her most recent role, she served as VP People at Lili, a fintech startup.
Vanessa holds a B.A. in Communication and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies and an M.A. in Management and Public Policy from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. She believes in leading with transparency and humanity as the foundation for shared growth — for both people and the organization.
In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family.
